Modular Building refers to a construction process where most of the work that is usually carried out at the job site, takes place in a factory.

The building is then divided into transportable volumetric modules, which are constructed in a state-of-the-art assembly workshop. The resulting modules are fully finished, including decorating, tiling, MEP and even furniture and fittings. The completed modules are then shipped to site where they are erected by crane to complete the building.
